I have enjoyed
taking photographs for as long as I can remember.
It was not until I had children of my own that I
realized I needed to master the art. I began
that lifelong process by completing the Certificate
in Photography program at the New Hampshire
Institute of Art from 2002-2005.
It was a
wonderful learning experience, but more importantly
I came out of it with several portfolios of my
daughters that I will cherish forever. My two
girls have been very instrumental in my success. As
you will see in my portfolio, they have nearly as
many hours in front of my camera as I do behind it!
Even now when I
look at the photos I have taken of them, it reminds
me of why I love it….because they change every day
and will never be that young or innocent again.
I enjoy simple
timeless portraits. It is not always a direct
smile at the camera…but one special moment in time
that reminds you of the way they were.
